I am saddenend to say that we are still hearing of various scams from using the wrong parts, to charging upto £5000 for no data.
The director of Fields group has threatened me with court action for exposing the scam, I look forward to hearing from his legal representatives.
However I will not allow the cost of trying to help the victims of any rogue data recovery operations to affect our commitment to cost effective data recovery at reasonable prices, hence why we now charge the decontamination / assessment fee on drives sent to any lab that does not have an in date certified clean room.
